About the Role

The Full Stack Lead will oversee the development of high-quality full-stack applications, focusing on delivering a seamless experience across front-end and back-end components. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to build scalable, reliable applications, manage development cycles, and implement best coding practices to create efficient, maintainable software.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Development and Architecture:
    • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using modern frameworks.
    • Ensure scalability, security, and performance across front-end and back-end components.
  2. Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement features.
    • Participate in agile planning sessions to align with product goals.
  3. Code Review and Standards Enforcement:
    • Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
    • Mentor junior developers in best practices and advanced coding techniques.
  4. Continuous Integration and Deployment:
    • Oversee CI/CD processes to ensure smooth deployment pipelines.
    • Implement monitoring tools for performance tracking and issue resolution.
  5. Problem Solving and Optimization:
    • Diagnose and solve issues related to system performance, scalability, and reliability.
    • Continuously improve application features and reduce technical debt.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 6+ years in full-stack development, with leadership experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and backend languages like Node.js or Python.
    • Frameworks: Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end and Express or Django for back-end.
    • Database: Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
    • Cloud Services: Understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
    • DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Docker.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms or full-stack development frameworks.
