About the Role

The Business Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. This role involves building relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to achieve the company’s sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research and Lead Generation:
    • Identify new markets, target clients, and partnership opportunities.
    • Generate leads through research, networking, and industry events.
  2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Establish strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.
    • Present solutions that meet client needs, customize proposals, and close deals.
  3. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
    • Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Contract Negotiation and Compliance:
    • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
    • Ensure all deals comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  5. Collaboration with Marketing and Product Teams:
    • Work with marketing and product teams to align product offerings with market demands.
    • Provide client feedback to influence product development and marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in business acquisition or sales management.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and sales data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in technology or IT services industry.
