About the Role

The Delivery/Project Manager is responsible for ensuring successful project delivery by managing timelines, coordinating with teams, and maintaining high client satisfaction. This role involves overseeing project scope, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring that projects meet client expectations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Team Coordination and Communication:
- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Monitor team progress, provide support, and address any project-related issues.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project risks and make adjustments to timelines or resources as needed.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and report on project performance, including deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in project management, ideally in technology.
Skills:
- Proficient in project management tools (JIRA, Asana).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field.
