Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
   • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
   • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and budgeting.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable Management:
   • Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
   • Reconcile accounts and manage cash flow.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
   • Work with department heads to create and monitor budgets.
   • Forecast cash flow, expenses, and revenue to support financial planning.
4. Compliance and Audit:
   • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
   • Assist in internal and external audits and facilitate accurate tax filings.
5. Process Improvement and Automation:
   • Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and automation tools.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in accounting or finance, with managerial experience.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
