Key Responsibilities

1. Blockchain Development and Smart Contracts:
   • Design, code, and deploy smart contracts on platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar.
   • Develop, audit, and optimize smart contracts to ensure security and efficiency.
2. Decentralized Application Development (DApps):
   • Build decentralized applications that interact seamlessly with blockchain networks.
   • Implement features in DApps, such as token creation, wallets, and identity management.
3. Blockchain Infrastructure and Integration:
   • Set up blockchain infrastructure, including nodes, wallets, and databases.
   • Integrate blockchain solutions with front-end and back-end systems.
4. Research and Innovation:
   • Conduct research to keep up with blockchain advancements, including Layer-2 solutions, sidechains, and cross-chain interoperability.
   • Experiment with new technologies and concepts, such as DeFi, NFTs, and DAOs, to identify their applicability to business cases.
5. Collaboration and Mentorship:
   • Work with cross-functional teams to align blockchain solutions with overall product objectives.
   • Mentor junior developers on blockchain principles, architecture, and coding best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in blockchain development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Languages: Proficient in Solidity, JavaScript, and Go.
  • Blockchain Platforms: Experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger, and blockchain tools like Truffle and Ganache.
  • Security Knowledge: Understanding of blockchain security standards, including smart contract audits.
