Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
   • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

   • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with position requirements.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
   • Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns promptly.
   • Organize team-building activities, workshops, and programs to enhance engagement and morale.
3. Performance Management:
   • Implement performance review processes and provide coaching to managers and employees.
   • Develop performance improvement plans and identify areas for employee development.
4. Policy Development and Compliance:
   • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all locations.
   • Update and communicate HR policies, including health, safety, and workplace standards.
5. Learning and Development:
   • Create learning opportunities and career growth pathways for employees.
   • Organize training programs, workshops, and continuous learning sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in HR management, ideally in a technology company.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR.
