About the Role

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue growth. This role includes managing campaigns across digital channels, working closely with content and product teams, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a creative, data-driven marketer with a passion for building impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Oversee the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with sales and product launches.
  2. Campaign Management:
    • Lead multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, PPC, and SEO.
    • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging and relevant marketing materials.
  3. Brand Management:
    • Maintain and enhance brand image, ensuring consistency across all channels.
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, target audience needs, and competitive landscape.
  4. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CTR, conversions) to optimize and improve results.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and recommend improvements.
  5. Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams:
    • Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with customer needs and product offerings.
    • Coordinate product launches, promotional events, and campaigns to maximize impact.
  6. Budget Management:
    • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
    • Track expenses and ensure campaigns stay within budget constraints.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing, with experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite).
    • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.
    • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and measuring campaign performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or related areas (Google Ads, HubSpot).
