5. Client Responsibilities

Delays in client responses may impact the project timeline and overall delivery. Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permissions or licenses for content, data, or third-party software provided to Infinity Solutions for development purposes.

6. Payment Terms

Clients are responsible for paying all fees as agreed upon in the project contract. Payment schedules, milestones, and due dates will be outlined in individual contracts. Late payments may incur additional fees or result in project delays. Infinity Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Infinity Solutions provides services on an “as-is” basis and makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or performance of delivered software. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Clients are encouraged to test deliverables thoroughly.

Our services may incorporate third-party APIs, libraries, or other tools. Infinity Solutions is not responsible for any disruptions or limitations caused by third-party services. Clients are subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party services, and any changes or costs incurred are the client’s responsibility.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the project with prior written notice as per the terms in the project contract. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be settled, and any remaining work will cease immediately. Infinity Solutions reserves the right to retain any work completed prior to termination.

10. Data Protection

Infinity Solutions follows standard data protection practices to ensure the security of client data. However, we do not guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, or other security breaches will never occur. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any sensitive data provided complies with applicable data protection laws.

11. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Solutions and its employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of our services, breaches of these Terms, or any violation of applicable laws.

Infinity Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
