Key Responsibilities

1. User Research and Analysis:
   • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
   • Create personas, user flows, and journey maps based on research findings.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping:
   • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
   • Utilize tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to produce prototypes.
3. UI Design:
   • Design visually consistent and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
   • Adhere to design principles and brand guidelines to ensure cohesive user experiences.
4. Collaboration with Product and Engineering Teams:
   • Work closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
   • Provide clear documentation and guidelines to support implementation.
5. User Testing and Feedback Implementation:
   • Conduct usability testing to validate design effectiveness.
   • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years in UI/UX design.
• Technical Skills:
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
  • User-Centered Design: Knowledge of best practices for user research, accessibility, and responsive design.
